How Bisect Works?
Bisect in Python makes use of the binary search algorithm to efficiently search for a target value in a sorted list.
A binary search is a search algorithm that runs on sorted data. The middle element of the sorted data is compared to the target value in binary search. The search is terminated if the middle element equals the target value.
If it isn't equal then the target value is compared to the middle element, if it is smaller than the middle element, the search is resumed in the data's left half or If the target value is greater than the middle element then the search is to the right half. The search will continue until the target value is found or there are no more elements to find.
Python's Bisect Time Complexity
Since it uses a binary search algorithm to find the correct index to add a new element or search for an existing element in a sorted list, the time complexity of the bisect module in Python is O(log n).

What is bisect left & bisect right?
bisect_left and bisect_right are functions provided by the bisect module in Python for searching for an element in a sorted list.
The bisect left function returns the index of the sorted list where the element should be added to maintain the list in order. If the element already exists in the list, bisect left will return the index of the element's first occurrence.
