They also released the mysterious \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/favtutor.com\/articles\/gpt2-chatbot-mystery-llm\/\">gpt-2.5 chatbot<\/a>&#8216;, which might be something they were testing before this launch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What Developers are expecting from OpenAI&#8217;s Upcoming Updates?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Following the news, most AI enthusiasts have speculated several launches from OpenAI developers. The top product everyone is expecting from OpenAI is the next version of ChatGPT namely GPT-4.5 or GPT-5.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This belief became even stronger after we witnessed the gpt2-chatbot which was launched and then shortly taken down. The chatbot is highly powerful and can complete a handy of tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secondly, users have also speculated some fine-tuning adjustments for the existing GPT-4 chatbot. They have demanded a higher context window with enhanced processing capabilities and a similar token window as well for output. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gemini\u2019s 1 Million context window still ranks on top and is a favourite for developers. Users want OpenAI to head in a similar direction, if not do the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lastly, we can&#8217;t completely put away the rumours of the OpenAI search engines, even if Sam Altman denies it. According to<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2024-05-07\/openai-is-readying-an-ai-search-product-to-rival-google-perplexity\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2024-05-07\/openai-is-readying-an-ai-search-product-to-rival-google-perplexity\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"> reports from Bloomberg<\/a>, the Microsoft-backed company has been working on a search engine to take on Alphabet&#8217;s Google as well as the promising AI search firm Perplexity. Maybe there will be some tease of what is to come at the next conference?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These are the major announcements that users and enthusiasts of OpenAI have expected in the past few weeks and have been highly confident that we can expect these in Monday\u2019s livestream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, what we can actually expect is something magical! We can be set for a potential OpenAI assistant who can do impressive stuff (in other words magical). <strong>It could be something like an Auto-GPT which is automated to already predict queries and respond accordingly. A possible DALL-E 4 can take these features even further. Who knows if it can even surpass Midjourney and Stability AI?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another Sam Altman announcement that shook the community was that OpenAI wants to enable NSFW stuff such as text erotica and gore. He mentioned that this can be used for personal projects but it won\u2019t promote deepfakes.
